WHAT IS THE CRIB 5 TEST
The Crib 5 is a flammability test. There are certain standards in the flammability test, ranging from the simplest to the most difficult. The test starts with a cigarette, then a flame and continues with Crib 5 and Crib 7.
Everything in nature is flammable. Only the combustion temperatures are different. We increase the durability of fabrics with the chemicals we produce them with. Therefore, in the event of a fire, the fabric becomes resistant to fire and prevents the flame from growing. The products that pass the Crib 5 test have the property of preventing a fire from growing and extinguishing it.
